Terms
Terms for reading and citing this website. Our software is licensed separately, and nothing here governs it.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website. By reading it you accept them; if you do not, the remedy is not to use the site.
They do not cover our software. Anything we license to an institution is governed by the agreement signed with that institution, which controls wherever the two would disagree.
Who you are dealing with
Trimezi, of Florida, United States. We research AI and build the software that runs on it.
Questions about these terms go to londonc@trimezi.com.
Using the site
Read it, link to it, quote it, print it, feed it to whatever tool you like. None of that needs our permission.
What we ask you not to do is narrow and obvious: do not attempt to break into the parts of it that are not public, do not automate against it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, and do not use it to send other people anything they did not ask for.
The research notes
A research note reports what we found, how we measured it, and the conditions under which it fails. Every note that makes a capability claim states what that claim does not cover, and that section is part of the finding rather than a caveat attached to it.
A note is a result on a date. It is not advice, it is not a promise about how any system will behave in your setting, and it may be superseded by later work. Where a note has been revised, the page says so.
Citing us is welcome. Every note carries a formatted reference.
Quote and cite freely, including in commercial and academic work. We ask only that a quotation is not trimmed in a way that drops the limits it came with — a capability claim separated from its failure conditions misrepresents the work, which is the one use we would object to.
The commitments
The commitments are standing positions about how we do research and build products. They change rarely, each keeps a permanent address, and each page states whether it has been revised since publication.
They are published so that we can be held to them, and they are binding on how we work. They are not a contract with you, and they do not create rights enforceable by a reader.
Applications
Sending an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or an obligation on either side. We may reply or not, and we may keep or delete what you send.
Send only what you are willing to share. Do not send anything confidential to a current or former employer, and do not send material you do not have the right to share. What happens to an application is described in the privacy notice.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available, that it will be free of errors, or that anything published here is fit for a particular purpose of yours.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, and which law applies
The date at the top of this page is when these terms last changed. We may change them; the current version is the one published here, and that date moves whenever the text does.
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
