This website collects almost nothing. What follows is the whole of it, written from the code rather than from a template, and stated plainly enough that you can check it.

What this covers

This notice covers this website — the pages you are reading now. It is written by Trimezi, which researches AI and builds the software that runs on it, from Florida, United States.

It does not cover our products. Software we license to an institution processes data under a separate agreement with that institution, and that agreement, not this page, is what governs it.

Reading this site

Nothing is collected when you read. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no fingerprinting. We do not know that you visited.

No analytics. No tracking. No cookies for readers.

Nothing on these pages is fetched from anyone else, either. The two typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font network, there are no embedded videos or third-party widgets, and the site declares a content security policy that refuses outside requests. A page you load here is a request to this site and nothing further.

Applying for a role

The application form is the only place this site asks you for anything. It collects your name, your email address, an optional link you choose to share, and what you write in the message field, along with which role you are applying for.

That is sent to us as an email. It is not written to a database on this site, because there is no database — the email is the record.

Sent as email. Never stored on this site.

Our email provider, Resend, handles delivery and keeps email data for thirty days. After that it is gone from their systems, and the remaining copy is the one in our inbox. Do not send anything through this form you would not send by email, because it is an email.

Addresses and network data

The application form and the staff sign-in are both rate limited, so that neither can be hammered by a script. Doing that requires telling one visitor from another, so the address your request arrives from is used as a counter key.

It is held in memory only. It is never written to disk, never sent anywhere, discarded thirty minutes after your last attempt, and lost entirely whenever the server restarts. It is not linked to anything else, and no profile is built from it.

In memory, thirty minutes, then gone.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only for a member of staff who has signed in to the private area used to publish research notes and open roles. If you are reading the public site you will never receive it, which is why there is no consent banner to dismiss.

It holds the time it was issued and a signature proving we issued it. It carries no name, no address and no identifier of any kind. It is restricted to the staff area, unreadable to scripts, not sent with requests from other sites, and expires after twelve hours.

Who else is involved

Resend delivers the application emails, as described in section three. They are the only third party this site sends anything to.

This site is hosted by EVLBOX, which keeps its own access logs, as every web host does. We do not read them for any purpose beyond keeping the site running, and we cannot promise anything about them we do not control.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. There is nothing to sell: see section two.

Asking us about your data

Write to londonc@trimezi.com and a person will read it. If you have sent us an application and would like it deleted, say so and we will delete it from our inbox.

Because so little is collected, most requests have a short answer: for anyone who has only read the site, we hold nothing to show you.

Changes to this notice

The date at the top of this page is when the text last changed. If what this site collects ever changes, this notice changes in the same release, and that date moves with it.

In particular, the claim in section two is a commitment rather than a description of a current configuration. If analytics or any tracking were ever added, that sentence would have to go before it shipped.
